Richard's is Certified and Registered to
AS9100.2004 and ISO 9001:2000 Rev. B. All inspection equipment is calibrated to ISO 10012-1, ANSI/NCSL.Z540-1, and ISO/IEC 17025 by an independent laboratory.
Our Gage Recall management system is controlled by Software Technology's Advanced Gage Control 2007 Version 12. We carry a scrap rate of less than 1% and a rework rate of less than 5%.
Richard's has a staffed Lean Expert and employs Six-Sigma Quality Tools to ensure quality precision machining. We value communication and proactively make every effort to close gaps ("waste") between RMT's processes and our customer's voice to ensure form, fit and functional needs are met.
AQLs, SPC, CMM Reports, and other special control processes are performed per blue print requirements to ensure part specifications are met.
